[ 담당 업무 ] - Develop a strategy that supports a positive and inclusive organizational culture alongside with L&D Manager - Support designing and implementing employee development programs that are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. - Execute the organizational training strategy within the Employment Services - Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure that cultural and HRD initiatives are integrated into the overall organizational strategy - Stay current on best practices and trends in Employee development and make recommendations for improvement - Coordinates with Global Trainers to ensure all employees’ knowledge levels are met with requirements. - Provides suggestions for creative improvement captured from relevant stakeholders and Business units within the company - Facilitates employee engagement activities, programs and campaigns. - Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives, and accomplishments. - Support establishing and personnel system planning and personnel system [ 지원 자격 ] - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Strong verbal and written in English & Korean - Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Have a strong willingness to tackle problems with a positive mind set.
