[ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to ] Analyze overall customer experience, overseeing new customers' onboarding and the entire customer journey cycle. Review customers' performance metrics and create success stories to explore new sales opportunities with new and renewing customers. Collect, analyze, and share customer feedback/insights with the product team to continuously innovate and optimize Tridge platform services. Helping with the daily communication and contributing to the achievement of client satisfaction targets [ Required Technical and Professional Expertise are ] Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills Strong communication skills Proficiency in using English in a business setting.
